When is the payment drawn?

Your payment is reserved on your bank account, but we will not draw the payment until we have shipped the order.

Payment is drawn when your order, has been picked up by our shipment carrier after packing the order.

Can I change the shipping method?

You cannot change your shipping method after confirming and paying for your order.

To change your shipment, you will need to contact us, to cancel your order and re-order again.

Can I track my order?

If tracking is included in your chosen shipping method, we will send out a tracking number, for your shipment.

I have not received my package, what can I do?

If you have not recieved your package, please contact us and we will try to track your package.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can always cancel your order before we pack the order.

To cancel your order, please contact us and we can cancel it. It is important, that you cancel your order, before we ship it from our warehouse.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

No, you cannot change your order after it has been placed.

We can offer to cancel your order, so you can order again. Please contact us, for this inquiry.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

To exchange to a different size, we recommend to return your order and order a new item, in prefered new size.

I wish to return my online order, but I do not want to use your return service. Is that okay?

Yes, it is okay to use a different return service. Using a different return service, we are not responsable for your return package.

Choosing a different return service:

It is important, that your return package, is shipped to our direct adress warehouse and not any packing shops - pick up service. We will not pick up the package, if shipment is sent to any packing shops.

I have received the wrong item / or an item is missing. What should I do?

Please contact us and we will find a solution for any missing/wrong items.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not recieved your package, please contact us and we will try to track your package.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After checking your return shipment, that it is returned in mint condition. We will issue a refund immediately.

Depending on your bank, a refund can take 1-5 business days to appear on your bank account.

How do I know that Sandgaard has received my returned package?

We highly recommend that you include tracking in your return shipment, and can see its arrival at our warehouse.

Inspecting returned shipment can take 1-2 business days.
